A downloadable game for Windows
I wanted to make a basic game of tic tac toe, so here it is. There's a random mode and a smart mode, which determines how the opponent plays. The win detection is a little weird for the opponent sometimes, and will just soft lock lol. Have fun!

Cool! It works great, the smart opponent sometimes doesnt defend when there is a clear win for the player but it is still pretty good, good job!
